We will meet at the Scout House at 6:00 p.m. sharp and go into Lacy Park to work on the Tenderfoot physical fitness requirements. If you attended both the May and June sessions, then you should have completed the Tenderfoot physical fitness requirements, and will not need to attend this session. Those who have completed one session in May or June can use this session as Session 2 and can complete the requirements at this session. Those who missed the May and June sessions can use this session as Session 1, and complete the requirements later in the summer. Wear running shoes and shorts. We will be doing sit ups, push ups, pull ups, jumping and running. Remember to bring your Scout Handbook and a pen to record your efforts. We should be done by 6:45.
