We will meet at the Scout House at 6:00 p.m. sharp and go into Lacy Park to work on the Tenderfoot physical fitness requirements. Those who were at the May session can complete these requirements. Those who missed the May session can use this session as Session 1, and complete the requirements in July. Wear running shoes and shorts. We will be doing sit ups, push ups, pull ups, jumping and running. Remember to bring your Scout Handbook and a pen to record your efforts. We should be done by 6:45. If you cannot make this session, don’t worry, just plan to make the next session on July 18.
