Philmont Planning Meeting –

This will be our final planning meeting before we depart for Philmont. All Philmont participants and a parent should attend. We will meet at the Scout House.

Please bring your entire, complete, loaded backpacks. We will do a final, thorough equipment check.

We will also finalize travel arrangements and discuss travel clothing and items.

Finally, we will make arrangements for our Philmont celebration party.
