Orienteering Course
First Class Signoffs 1 and 2

Looking to put in some activity before an afternoon of watching football? Come out and join Mr. Moffat and some of our Troop leaders to work on First Class Signoffs 1 and 2. Bring your compass, your Scout handbook and a pen or pencil.
We will meet at the flag poles in Lacy Park. Enter the park through the EAST entrance on Virginia Road. The gates between the Scout House and Lacy Park will be locked.
We will complete an orienteering course, and work on compass skills, meauring heights, widths, how to find your way without a compass etc. These requirements are tough to get on a campout, and impossible to get at the Scout House, so if you need these signoffs, this is a great chance to get them.
