Kayak Trip to Santa Cruz Island – Click for Details

We will board a boat from Ventura Harbor to Santa Cruz Island. One group will kayak to the beach for lunch, the other group will hike. After lunch the groups will switch and hike or kayak back to the starting point. We will then take the boat back to to the trailhead for a 1 mile backpack into camp. Sunday will be free for snorkleing, kayaking, or hiking. The boat for home leaves at noon. Check out this website: www.sbadventureco.com .

Guided Kayak Tour
Snorkeling in Scorpion Bay (equipment provided for kayaking participants. If you are not kayaking and you would like to snorkel, you can bring your own equipment)
Boat Ride to and from Ventura Harbor
Cost:$170/ea. person for boat rides/guided kayak tour/camping participants OR $80/ea. person for NON-kayaking/snorkling particpants (boat ride and camping only).
Other Info:
Campout and Kayak tour is limited to a total of 60 people.
Priority will be given to Scouts on a ‘first paid’ basis.
Wait List will be established.
Payment due by the Monday, September 9th troop meeting.
