Tenderfoot Physical Fitness Session #5

October 15, 2012 @ 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm

We will meet at the Scout House at 5:00 and go into Lacy Park to work on the Tenderfoot Physical Fitness requirement. Wear running shoes and shorts. We will be doing sit ups, pull ups, push ups, jumping and running. Remember to bring your scout handbook and a pen to record your efforts. If you haven’t finished the Tenderfoot Physical Fitness requirement, please come out and get it done! We should be done by 6:00.
